8 Days to Departure

In just 8 days, I will be traveling, along with 9 Indiana University of PA students, to Petersfield Jamaica to volunteer at the Association of Clubs 9th Annual Youth Empowerment Camp, live with host families, and learn through classroom lectures, field trips, and guest lectures. We are all excited and nervous to participate in this 3 week endeavor! We also thank Amizade Global Service Learning and Volunteer programs for helping to facilitate this experience www.amizade.org. We would like to use this blog to keep our families and friends updated. Hopefully, but depending on our internet access, we will submit posts every few days.
